Go Tennis Autumn / Winter 2025 Adult Programme

You do not have to be a member of any tennis club to join our programme.

It's simple to join in, either book on using the links below or email us info@gotennis.co.uk and we can add you on.

You can either pay for the full term course (perfect for our most popular sessions to secure your spot) or go week by week. No long term commitment, just £10 per session and a guaranteed good time.

We keep things running smoothly via WhatsApp groups, so make sure you join once you sign up. That way, you’ll always know if it’s game on… or if it's time for a well-earned coffee instead.

Go Tennis Adult Group Coaching

We try and structure our coaching programme around playing abilities to offer progression and to make sure that every player feels comfortable in the group – building confidence, inclusion, and enjoyment. If you aren't sure about your level, just chat with one of our coaches, and they’ll help guide you to the right group.

Any new players, feel free to get in touch below and we can arrange a free short session with our coaches - they can let you know which group you will be happy in.

Different strokes for different folks!

Unsure which level you are? Read below.

Beginner or improver

Beginner/improver players are new to tennis, or returning and have limited experience. They have a grasp of the basics and are focusing on building consistency and improving their technique. They will be learning to rally with consistency, serve, and return with some accuracy. They will be learning positioning and developing the ability to sustain longer rallies.

Low to mid intermediate

Low / mid intermediate players have developed a solid foundation in both technique and strategy. They can rally consistently from the baseline, execute a variety of shots (such as topspin forehands, backhands, and serves), and are starting to implement strategic elements into their play, like court positioning and shot selection.

High intermediate / advanced

High intermediate / advanced players have refined their skills and can execute a full range of shots with high consistency, power, and accuracy. They have excellent footwork, court awareness, and are able to handle fast-paced rallies with ease. They are focused on improving tactical aspects of their game, such as placement, spin and handling pressure situations during matches.
